Nonkqubela Mnqwazi is a fun and responsible, hardworking professional individual. She obtained her B.Sc. degree (Biological sciences) at Walter Sisulu university, where her main focus was in zoology and botany. She also got an opportunity to work as a lab assistant for medical biology students in the same university whilst providing strategic planning, knowledge management and monitoring of their work and safety in the lab.

 

She was working as an intern at Stellenbosch university through the National Research Foundation (NRF) in 2015, where her main focus was behavioural studies in social insects in the Wossler lab. She has the drive, initiative and flexible to handle anything that comes her way! Nonkqubela is currently furthering her studies at the Kyiv Medical University in Ukraine.
